We are very fortunate in #SummitCounty to have so many trailblazing women in leadership. In a place where women judges, women executives, and women congressmembers are commonplace, it is easy to forget how remarkable an accomplishment this is.
Today on #InternationalWomensDay and one week into Women's History Month, we want to shout out some of Summit County's first women leaders, many of whom continue to make history every day. In addition to serving the public, they also serve as role models to young children in this county that there is no question women can do everything and anything they put their minds to.
We'll be highlighting more women in leadership throughout Women's History Month, so stay tuned!
