Congratulations to all who were promoted today! Promoted to District Chief - Scott Duber, to Captain - Sierjie Lash, to Lieutenant - Dante Booker, Matthew Boswell, Mark Marcincoski, and Kevin Melvin.
A milestone for the City of Akron as Sierjie Lash is the first female in the history of the department to earn the rank of captain.
