Summit County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on February 25.
With freezing rain and wintry mix expected to continue throughout the night and road conditions worsening, Sheriff Fatheree is issuing a LEVEL 1 ADVISORY for Summit County. Roads may be hazardous and icy. Please drive cautiously.
