On Sunday, March 16, former Walsh Jesuit High School standout Sam Pece’s current college team, the Miami RedHawks, won 18-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.

The game took place at McKie Field at Hayden Park. This was their third matchup against the Huskies this season.

The RedHawks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 6 p.m. at Bill Davis Stadium against Ohio State Buckeyes.
