The city of Akron and the family of Richard Swirsky announced Highland Triangle Park will be renamed Rich Swirsky Memorial Park in honor of the late councilman.
A public dedication ceremony will be held tomorrow, Saturday, April 30 at 11 a.m. at the park, located at 77 N. Highland Ave.
